6 Year Old Shooting, 2 Arrested

  Two people have been arrested in connection with the Harbor Gateway shooting that left a 6-year-old boy critically wounded with a head wound, the Los Angeles Police Department announced Wednesday.

  More on the live stream up above, Police Chief Bratton and Mayor Villariagosa will hold a news conference to this shooting and a couple of other incidents.
