Kennedy Cancer
Sen. Edward Kennedy has been diagnosed with a milgnant brain tumor. The diagnosis comes after Sen. Kennedy suffered a seizure over the weekend.

Gay Marriage Ban Throw Out
California Supreme court rules, in a 4-3 vote, that the state’s “Gay Marriage Ban” is unconstitutional. The ruling orders city governments to allow same sex couples to obtain marriage licenses identical to that of opposite sex couples.

19 year old Michael Wood Byoune was killed by Inglewood police early Mother’s day morning. Byoune was unarmed and shot in the torso. The two Inglewood officers involved have been placed on standard paid administrative leave as the shooting is investigated.

The drama finally concluded late Tuesday night. At 10:12PM PST, the final votes finally came into the election office. For three hours, we waited from the votes and news organizations could not call a winner because those particular votes could have change the outcome.

Lancaster Dog Burned
A dog badly burned after being deliberately set on fire in Lancaster was being treated at an animal shelter Tuesday, and Los Angeles County supervisors approved a $5,000 reward in hopes of tracking down the tormentor.
