  California Supreme court rules, in a 4-3 vote, that the state’s “Gay Marriage Ban” is unconstitutional.  The ruling orders city governments to allow same sex couples to obtain marriage licenses identical to that of opposite sex couples.

  A lawsuit is about to be filed against the state for cutting Medi-cal by 10%.  Doctor fees will be cut by 10%, which could mean more doctors will not accept Medi-cal patients and that could force patients to go to the E-R for care.

Barbara Boxer has decided to support Sen Clinton.  Her office says the reason was based on the outcome of California’s primary.  California democratic voters heavily went for Sen.
