Gay Marriage Ban Throw Out

  California Supreme court rules, in a 4-3 vote, that the state’s “Gay Marriage Ban” is unconstitutional.  The ruling orders city governments to allow same sex couples to obtain marriage licenses identical to that of opposite sex couples.    What do you think of the ruling?  The proposed constitutional amendment?  Comment here.
